Junior Digital Strategist, English Native H/F, Internship
Candidates with Strategic Planning experience, Social Media expertise, Marketing Technology, Analytics, and / or Customer Experience and Journey Development are strongly preferred.
Experience in international groups is a plus
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor’s or master degree in Marketing, Business development, or Technology (Master’s degree would be preferred).
Business Problem Solving – Working directly with clients to understand and help shape ambiguous and complex business problems into actionable strategies.
Solution Planning – Defining, scoping and planning new solutions for clients. This includes: determining how to measure business results, modeling current/future business processes, gather business requirements and identifying the organizational changes required to successfully realize the benefits of the solution.
Delivering Strategic Solutions – Working with clients and the core agency team to help deliver, measure and optimize the solutions we propose. This generally includes: new digital and social channels such as messaging or peer to peer communities, design and integration of chatbot, AI and selfcare interfaces.
